Obituary for: Terry M. Shull Terry M. Shull, age 55, of 4470 Roan Creek Road, Mountain City passed away on Friday, December 20, 2013 at his residence. Terry was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. He was born September 11, 1958 to the late Earl D. Shull and Louise McQueen Shull. In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by a special brother-in-law, Junior Brown. His hobbies were Tennessee football, hunting and fishing. He was a former member of JC's, former captain of Neva Fire Department, basketball coach for Neva Warriors, former county road commissioner and RA leader at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, a crop insurance adjuster for thirty years and farmer. Survivors are his wife, Betty Shull of Mountain City, Tennessee. One son, Jonathan and wife Danielle Shull, Mountain City, Tennessee. Three sisters, Barbara Simcox and Linda Brown of Mountain City, Tennessee and Patsy Eller and husband Edgar, Todd, NC. One brother, Tom Shull and wife Judith, Mountain City, Tennessee. Two grandsons, Gunner Earl Shull and Noah McQueen Shull, Mountain City, Tennessee. Several nieces and nephews and friends, Gary Wagner, Mouse Payne, Cotton Payne and Doug Rutlerford. Funeral Service for Terry Shull will be conducted on Sunday, December 22, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. from the Charles B. Hux Memorial Chapel of the Hux-Lipford Funeral Home, Mountain City, Tennessee with Rev. Jim Norman to officiate. The family will receive friends from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm prior to the memorial service. Honorary pallbearers will be Scotty Eller, Jim Shull, Mike Simcox, Doug Rutlerford, Dwayne Arney, Roby Dunn, Gary Wagner and Steve Brown.
