Thelma Williams Dugger, age 74, of West Grove, Pennsylvania passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2003 at the Jennersville Regional Hospital. Born in West Virginia, she was a daughter of the late John and Lizzy Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband Ottis F. Dugger who passed away in 1988 and with whom she shared 45 years of marriage. She was employed for many years for J.B. Swayne Mushroom Company and Oxford Royal. She enjoyed Bingo and was an avid player. Thelma is survived by three sons; Frank of Oxford, Pennsylvania, Jessie and Alfred, both of West Grove, Pennsylvania, nine daughters; Sylvia Ward, Vona Nieves, Barbara Rodriguez, Carolyn Dugger, all of West Grove, Pennsylvania, Rachel Rodriguez and Joyce Pagan, both of Oxford, Pennsylvania, Marie Rivera of Newark, Delaware, Kathryn Rodriguez of Indiana and Mary DeJesus of Pocopson, thirty grandchildren and twenty-four great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 24, 2003 from the Chapel of the Hux-Lipford Funeral Home. Interment will be at the Bakers Gap Cemetery in Mountain City, Tennessee.
