Timothy C. Cornett

Timothy C. Cornett, age 54, of Mountain City, Tennessee passed away unexpectedly Sunday, April 20, 2008. He was the son of the late Clyde J. Cornett and Helen Cress Hartt. Mr. Cornett was a truck driver for Maymead and he was an avid Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns fan. He was a member of the Teamsters Union and Sheet Metal Union. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Larry Cornett, and one sister, Judy Cornett. Survivors include: two sisters: Kathy Terrill and husband Bill of Mountain City, Tennessee and Sally Hartt of Mantua, Ohio; one niece and several nephews. Funeral services will be conducted by Mr. Dwayne Dickson at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2008 from the First Christian Church in Mountain City, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 p.m. prior to the services. Honorary pallbearers will be Steven Terrill, Chris Terrill, Jeff Terrill, Dale Terrill, Billy Smith, Jessie Smith, T.R. Smith and employees of Maymead. Inurnment will follow at a later date. At other times friends may call at the residence of his sister Kathy at 229 Shoun Street, Mountain City, Tennessee.
