Virginia Francis Dugger, 71, of Laurel Bloomery, TN, passed away in her home on Tuesday, January 15, 2019. Virginia was born in Coatsville, PA on March 9, 1947, to Cecil and Virginia Erwin. In addition to her parents, Virginia is preceded in death by her husband Randolph Dugger, Sr, who passed away in 2018, two sisters, Elsie Erwin and Florence Erwin and her Brother-in-Law, Ben.
Virginia worked as a bolt dropper at Bristol Compressor for many years. She took great pride in caring for her home and her family. When Virginia was not working or caring for her family, she enjoyed crafting. Virginia was a very loving person and was always thinking of others above herself.
Those left to cherish the memory of Virginia Dugger are her sons Randolph Dugger, Jr and wife Elizabeth, Thomas Dugger, Timothy Dugger, Sr., Clyde Dugger all of Mountain City, Michael Dugger of VA, and Mark Erwin; brothers-in-law Timmy Dugger and wife Laura and Ben Dugger; daughters-in-law Brenda Cox and Bessie Dunn; sisters Mary Erwin and Joan Erwin of Pennsylvania and Jennifer Erwin of Nevada; brothers Ricky, Richard, and CC Erwin all of PA; grandchildren Randall, Chris, Timmy, Jason, T.J., Brandy, Amber, Kelly, and Brittany Dugger; great-grandchildren Raydan, Roman, Jada, Noah, Jaxon, Logan, Braden, and Benjamin Dugger, and Clairah Pennington; several nieces and nephews, as well as many special friends.
Services for Virginia Dugger will be held on Friday, January 18, 2019, at 8pm in the Charlie B. Hux Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm prior to the service. Pastor J.E. Stanley will officiate the services.
