Wade E. Norris

Wade E. Norris, age 70, of 169 Morton Road, Hampton, Tennessee went home to be with the Lord Thursday, November 06, 2003 at his home. A native of Johnson County, Wade was born January 08, 1933 to Betty Norris and the late Clarence Norris. He was preceded in death by his father and his wife, Corrine Forrester Norris. Wade was a farmer and of the Baptist faith. Wade is survived by his granddaughter Tracy Isaccs, of which he made his home with, his mother; Betty Norris of Mountain City, Tennessee, two daughters; Vanessa Roberts of Hampton, Tennessee and Pamela Norris of Elizabethton, Tennessee, four sons; Joseph Norris and Marty Norris, both of Elizabethton, Tennessee, Johnny Norris, of Mountain City, Tennessee and Michael Norris of Kingsport, Tennessee, two sisters; Elsie Holden and Margaret Lipford , two brothers; Willard Norris and Millard Norris all of Mountain City, Tennessee, several grandchildren, one great grandson; Cody Isaacs of Hampton, Tennessee and several nieces and nephews. Graveside Services for Wade E. Norris will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, November 08, 2003 from the Green Cemetery in Mountain City, Tennessee with Rev. Harvey White and Rev. Gary Gambill to officiate. Active Pallbearers will be family. Family will receive friends 2-3:00 p.m. Saturday at the Hux-Lipford Funeral Home and then go in procession to the Graveside.
