Wanda Miller

Wanda Pauline Richardson Miller, age 68, of 2375 Pleasant Valley Road, Mountain City, TN, passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at her residence. She was a native of Elk Park, N.C. She was a member of Liberty Christian Church of Mountain City. She was a homemaker. She loved reading, bird watching, playing computer games and her flower garden. She was born June 19, 1946 in Elk Park, N.C. to the late Don Richardson and Mabel Cooper Richardson. She was also proceeded in death by her husband Willie Edward Miller I, a son; Joseph Mikie Miller. Also her sisters; Margie Franklin, Shirley Hicks, Magie Barr, Alice Tean Norris, Fay Jones, and little Juliedean Richardson. Brothers; Jim Richardson, Frank Richardson, Rural Richardson, John Richardson, Little Don Richardson, Little Clarence Richardson and a special aunt Pauline Odom. Survivors include; Son; Willie Edward Miller II, Elizabethton, Tn. 3 Daughters; Julie Johnson, Lenoir, N.C. Janice Ringwald, Mountain City, Tn and Rita Miller also of Mountain City, TN. 2 Brothers; Joe Richardson, Poga, TN. and Harry Richardson, Johnson City, TN. Special Friends John McElyea and Lucy Reece. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, July 27, 2014, from the Liberty Christian Church. The funeral service will follow at 5:00 p.m. Mr. Maurice Widener will officiate. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, July 28, 2014 at the Richardson Cemetery in Avery County, N.C. Pallbearers will be James Harmon, Randall Ringwald, James Johnson, Jason Johnson, Matthew Barrier, and Dravon Barrier. Honorary pallbearers will be Men of the Liberty Christian Church, David Richardson, Yancey Fernandez.
