Willa Ann Mullins

Willa Ann Mullins, age 67, of 524 N. Church Street, Mountain City, Tennessee, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 28, 2005 at the Johnston Memorial Hospital, Abingdon, VA, following an extended illness. A native of Prattville, Alabama, she was born on January 23, 1938 to the late Guy J. and Mary Ophelia Wynn Whitlock. She was also preceded in death by a brother Joseph Guy Whitlock and a sister ,Jean V. Anderson. She was an Army Veteran and a member of the Bethany Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, James D. Mullins of the home; one brother, Clarence A. Whitlock of Opelika, Alabama and special friends; John and Wanda Davis and Thurl and Linda Potter. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 31, 2005 from Henson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeff Meadows and Rev. Richard Stout to officiate. Burial will follow in the Reece Memorial Cemetery. Henson Funeral Home is serving the Mullins family.
