William "Brad" Lewis, age 19, of 2075 Dug Hill Road, Mountain City, TN passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2005 at his residence. He was a native of Watauga County, but had made his home in Johnson County most of his life. He was born August 14, 1986 and was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Donald Sluder and great uncle, Thomas McFarland. He was a cook for Craig's Coffee House and was of the Baptist faith. He was a avid Deer hunter and loved fishing. Survivors: Parents: Pam and Shane Pennington of Mountain City Allan Lewis and Tammie Cornett of Mountain City One brother: Jeffrey Lewis of Mountain City Grandparents: Leona and Jack Warren of Mountain City Richard and Rosemary Lewis of Mountain City Extended family of Brothers and Sisters by marriage: Scotty, Keri and Amanda Cornett , Chris and Michael Pennington, Mindy Phillips, all of Mountain City and Cindy Kern of Kingsport Cousins: Kallie and Dalton Sluder, Gary Evans and Cody Jordan, all of Mountain City Uncles: Chad Sluder, Craig and Raina Sluder and Michael and Kim Jordan, all of Mountain City. Special friends: Girlfriend, Amie Brown and her parents, Kim and Bobby Brown and Wiley Thomas, all of Mountain City. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p. m. Thursday, December 15, 2005 from the chapel of the Henson Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Steele and Eddie Cross to officiate. Graveside services and Burial will be held at 11:00 a. m. Friday, December 16, 2005 from the Reece Memorial Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Craig Sluder, Chad Sluder, Nathan Warren, Chris Pennington, Billy Gambill and Bert Carden. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8:00 p. m. Thursday at the Funeral Home Chapel, prior to Services. Friends may also call at the residence of his Grandparents: Jack and Leona Warren, 309 Claude Warren Road, Mountain City or Richard and Rosemary Lewis, 3773 Forge Creek Road, Mountain City, at anytime.
