William Lichtenberger

William Robert Lichtenberger, age 82, of 919 Medical Park Drive, Mountain City, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at Mountain City Care Center. Mr. Lichtenberger was a native of Valley Stream, N.Y. and was a son of the late William and Emily Vaupel Lichtenberger. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Shirley MacArthur Lichtenberger who passed away in 1992, also One brother and One sister. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran having served during W.W.II, his hobbies included playing Golf. Survivors include his daughter and her husband, Susan Borst and husband John L, of Mountain City, Tennessee.,three brothers, three grandchildren and three great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive. It was Mr. Lichtenberger request to be cremated and there will be no services. For those who wish in lieu of flowers donations may be made to your favorite charity.
