William Henry Uncle Willie Fulks

William Henry "Uncle Willie" Fulks, age 82, of 3899 Sink Valley Road, Butler, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2004 at the residence of his niece and nephew following an extended illness. A native of Johnson County, he was born on September 15, 1922 to the late Joe C. and Ader Phillips Fulks. In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by his wife Beatrice Juanita Koliski Fulks, who passed away February 5, 2002. William was of the Baptist Faith. William is survived by nieces and nephews; Danny and Judy Pass of Butler, TN; Carroll Phillips of Lenoir, NC, James Phillips, Darrell Phillips and Ralph Phillips, all of Elizabethton, TN, Bertha Roark of Bristol, TN and Maudean Inman of Indiana. Several great and great-great nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services for William will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 14, 2004 from the Hux-Lipford Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Harvey White to officiate. Music will be under the direction of Mary Hawkins. Graveside Services and Interment will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 15, 2004 from the Phillips Cemetery, Butler, Tennessee. Active Pallbearers will be Jim Birchfield, Larry Birchfield, Frank Perkins, Danny Pass and Danny Pass Jr. Honorary Pallbearers are: Jim Phillips, Carroll Phillips, Darrell Phillips, Bertha Roark, Maudean Inman and Pam Bunting. The family will receive friends from 6-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, prior to Services, at the Funeral Home Chapel. At other times friends may call at the residence of Danny and Judy Pass, 4175 Sink Valley Road, Butler, Tennessee 37640. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Adventa Hospice, 684 Hwy 91, Suite 1, Elizabethton, Tennessee 37643.
